I was looking to relieve myself of the maintenance fees of my resort. So I listened to the Sunset Harbor pitch and to subscribe to the PRL system. I really thought that this was an answer to my prayers. Well, Sunset Harbor sales people misinformed me of the time frame to get a payout. In addition the Sunset Habor mislayed my info thus delaying my deed and a payout. Needless to say I thought that I had been scammed again. I have been scammed twice previously. Well I have been working with BJ Cooke on this and have now received my first payout. Awaiting a second one in 30 days. All I can say is have patience and it may work for you. I wasn't enthralled with Sunset Harbor's sale teams promises. They fell very short. Also having to deal with Bank oF America was unknown to me at the time. I do not deal with high interest rate banks. Don't need to.
