Re: point rental liquidators (by Brandon J C.):
DonP, Your right. I made up his account 2-3 months ago and ripped on PRL calling it a scam just so that I could back go on 2-3 months later and say I got paid. Are you really that dense? Go back a couple pages and look when DonaldC called it a scam and said he wishes he wouldn't have done it and warned other buyers. You think I would want that on here? He just got a check for $5250 for 7 weeks of rental. The program works. As he said the resort misquoted the timeline but he still got paid just like everyone does. Just to be clear, do you think it was a made up account tearing apart PRL months ago? Think with your brain if that is an option for you. Is it that hard to believe that a non-timeshare owner would prefer to pay $1000 for a week in a 2 bed 2 bath condo instead of $60-$120 a night for a hotel. There is an obvious market for that but there are too many rental companies out there that are bad and don't really try to move inventory. We do it smart. We market instead of advertise. You could have pictures of the checks with a 70 year old pastor telling you how it has worked for him and you wouldn't believe it. That's your right. At this point people who would look at this that have an IQ over 30 would be able to interpret how it works and see the market for what we do. Thank god everyone isn't you. Enjoy them maintenance dues and exchange fees DonP. My people, who are intelligent, don't pay them.
