CSA very fair - I received a call last evening from CSA insurance regarding my travel insurance claim. The claim is settled and they have been very fair. The ticket reimbursement issue raised in my earlier comment was not an issue. I am glad we had this insurance and will certainly continue this coverage.
This insurance is sold thru Marriott Owner Services and you can inquire about it as you make vacation reservations.
