Letters were sent from my parents' lawyer and emailed directly to BJ a week later. I checked the Bank of America credit card balances Saturday, which was one week after email to BJ, but the amounts due haven't changed. I really hope this will get settled without the lawyers having to take action. We did get a letter from the La. Attorney General's office, so they might be able to do something. I'll let you know.
