To us a large part of our memories revolve around the people we meet while at the resorts. We meet alot of very nice folks when we play golf--and end up either playing golf with them again or going out to dinner. And I agree! We have never had a negative experience with any of the people who work for Marriott. What we especially love about Marriott is that there are no nasty surprises! All of the accommodations have always been A-1--including all of the Marriott Hotels we've travelled to in Europe--from 8 star down to 4 star.
