Thanks, Susan. The "salesmen" that duped my parents must be different guys than your guys. The didn't try to sell VSI, they sold RCI. I have already been in contact with Sunset Harbor Resorts, Point Rental Liquidators, and RCI, but haven't had any luck so far getting the problem resolved. I emailed BJ at the email address he posted here, but didn't receive an emailed reply, although he posted again on here. I would love to know where he got his information about the refunds because I can't get that verified. I called Bank of America again this morning and the full balances are still due, they say. <sigh>
