I feel you on this one. I took ownership twenty years ago at $500 a quarter it's now over $1500. AND they do a lousy job of maintaining the villa. Almost every time I visit I have a complaint. The carpet has holes and stains. The TV's and furniture is ancient HORRIBLE. If they are collecting that kind of money from four different owners, or with just mine alone, they should be able to do a MUCH better job of updating the unit. Wouldn't recommend ANYONE to purchase at this location.
