To some degree yes. It will be in our maintenance fees. This is very similar to you being a part of a homeowners association and you pay pay fees for others who stiff the group and leave without paying back fees. Yes, your lawyers may go after them, but in the meantime the homes still have to be maintained despite the irresponsible owner's actions.
