Have you heard of Sell My Timeshare.com. It is a timeshare broker services located in Dover, NH. I have accepted the offer of the company through its agent to rent my timeshare in Hawaii. I am now reviewing the rental contract but before I sign I want to know more about the company. Do you have any business dealing with this company. What was your experience? What more should I do to investigate this company. I will contact BBB in Dover, NH and possibly the attorney general office. Today, is Friday and the agent just sent me the email attaching the rental agreement. I was in contact with him at mid day. The delay in sending me the agreement gives me second thought about proceeding.Tks ceferinoa

First of all, did this company contact you out of the blue? If so, I would be very suspicious. Did they say that they could rent it out for well above market value? If so, again, very suspicious.

Whatever you do, do not pay them any sort of fee beforehand regardless of how they label the fee. If they are legitimate, they will take their commission out of the rental fee. So the renter would pay this company. Then the company would send you a check less their commission.
