I wish I had known about this website before my boyfriend and I each bought at Coco Sunset in June 2009. Todate we have not received any rental payment or even call backs from Executive properties or any help from Coco Sunset on renting. We have been contacted by A+ Marketing Group about selling our timeshares - they have a buyer interested who wants controlling share of Coco Sunset - and I wonder if anyone else has been contracted by these people? They have a website but they are not registered with the State of TX and the closing company they use Golden Lion is not registered either. I don't want to be caught in another scam but would like to be rid of this timeshare.
