I posted it on a facebook group that is a local swap and shop type group. Where people sell used items. I said I had 2 timeshare weeks and listed the units and weeks that I wanted to give away free and that I'd pay the closing costs. I did this last year but didn't offer the closing costs. I think that was the thing plus 2012 maintenance fees were paid up. I had several people interested. One lady came through and the deed has just been recorded. Cost me $301 but worth every penny!
I'm now off the hook for $900+ dollars in 2013 and after! I'm so happy! I suggest trying this for those of you looking to dump yours. Nash County - Swap and Shop rocks!
