Exactly what we are going thru! Made our mistake in Dec 2010 and now Global Properties and First management properties are contacting us to sell promising about 3 times what we paid! Has to be another SCAM! My Husband was all excited when he was first contacted because finally he wouldn't have to hear it from me because he was the reason we did it ...I kept saying NO!!! Almost ruined our 25 yr wedding anniversary. I'd love to join a class action lawsuit.
