I was recently contacted by Corona Brokers in Houston Texas to sell my points at Rancho Banderas. They are offering quite a bit of money but I read that they have only been in business since March of 2012. I've sent email to attorney general for some info on them. Better Business Bureau has no info on them. I love Rancho but the increasing maintenence fees and difficulty to get reservation is terrible. Last year we went to presentation by Marival resort that has bought 49% of Rancho. OMG!!! if they had held a gun to my head I would not have felt more threathened and intimidated. Final straw was them saying if I didn't buy their $25,000 vacation package, i would never get another reservation at Rancho. Not really a company I want to be affiliated with so that part of why I would maybe consider selling my points. But having gotten taken once i don't want that to happen again. anyone else getting calls from Corona?
