How to sell my timeshare. (by Ron D.):

As I posted to a similar request:

I have sold two units in the last year using TUG. I recovered the resale price I had paid. Buyers paid closing costs. Both buyers, when offered, paid the current MF to gain this years use.

The other advice you have received is sound. Post to sell it yourself on redweek, TUG etc. (Craigslist, I have heard, results in MANY solicitations) I included a line at the end that included "buyers only, no solicitation will be considered". Post at a competitive price compared to other postings for the same unit, season, and resort. Do NOT expect to get back your initial investment (resale or developer). I had multiple valid interests in each within a week. Include closing costs and paid MF, if needed, to be competitive.

NEVER PAY AN UPFRONT FEE TO ANYONE TO SELL ANY TIMESHARE!!! Any legitimate entity will accept payment at time of sale!!!!
