I too fell into what seem a scam last October. I was supposed to get my first payment this month and my other timeshare sold but never heard from Optimus inventory. I called them and their phone numbers don't work anymore, emails have not been returned...can you tell me what you have been doing and how I can join into any algal action. I paid $1500 to this company and hasn't received anything....my biggest problem is that now I have 2 timeshares and don't know how to get rid of the one in Costa Rica, I would have never bought it had they not promised to sell my other one!
