I also bought into a timeshare in 2009 & never had any luck with Executive Properties. Any company that contacts you is a scam. I learned my lesson the hard way too. There are thousands of timeshare sales on the internet For $1 or zero dollars!! People just want to get rid of them to stop the yearly fees.

I doubt that a lawsuit would work in Costa Rica. I go there a lot, but stay with friends who have nicer accommodations than Coco Sunset (I must have been drugged when I signed those papers!!!).

I did ask an attorney there what could be done & he said "not much". Of course so many attorneys there are crooked too, but I'll look into it when I'm there next month.
