to rayf50, et al: My TS at Sedona Summit was transfered out of my name on 9/20/12. Id like folks at Redweek and TUGGS to know how I did it as it might be helpful. Its a long disertation so Ill put it together and post it. It does involve CHT, Diamond Resorts, Summit, as well as others and most importantly Bayesian theory which Ive spoke about that in this case was very effective. But your right, jayjay is no help to anyone trying to discharge these boat anchors and if Id took her advice in even a limited way, Im sure Id still have it.
