I did pay the fees, but never stayed in the condo. However, I paid the fee to exchange with Interval International ($500 for 5 yrs) & I have used that once to stay in a nice place in Sedona. It doesn't end up being any bargain though. I need to use the other weeks & will probably not continue after that.
