You know, I have read all of this that you have posted- but when good people that have worked hard their entire lives become elderly and can't travel anymore want to get out of these "great" deals- they can't! They are stuck! In my opinion these "Time-Shares" are the scam! My mother thought that she could bank her time and go to wonderful places when she purchased these places. She never got what, when and where she wanted. She paid fees each year to up keep the places, fees to bank the time, fees to use the places- oh my gosh!! I can rent a wonderful place whereever, whenever and however I want for the same price and I didn't pay thousands up front to do this! Now you are bad mouthing these people for wanting out of these so called great deals and if they were worth anything we wouldn't be having this discussion- as people can't even GIVE away these timeshares!!! And if you think they are so worth something- my mother has two- A blue -green and a Wyndham- completly paid up and we will GIVE it to you for FREE!! Now STEP UP!!!!! Or- Shut UP!
