The BBB may be able to be of assistance in these matters with the mentioned Omnicorp, Executive Properties, and/or any other company mentioned that has a location in the US. Complaints can be filed quickly online at www.bbb.org/complaint.

At the very least, the BBB will then have files on these companies and be able to report that there have been complaints. BBB works closely with local legal agencies and frequently look into unscrupulous companies.
