We bought on 5/31/12 and disputed in october because we never received a deed or an RCI account that was supposed to come with purchase. We never had the chance to deal with PRL although it's sounds like we would have been disappointed. The VSI has been the only silver lining. I can't believe I never got a deed. Isn't that the easy part? It ended up being a blessing that they couldn't deed us. Easy decision for mastercard. The $199 for VSI ran separate so I was able to keep that.
