Did you have to pay the invoice for the 1st year's maintenance fees? What state are you in? Did you have to hire an attorney to talk to the credit card people? Was it a Bank of America card?

We always deal with a lady named Jessica and a guy named Josh. They are great. The actual resort is a little rough though. I'm just glad I had good grounds to dispute. I though you only had 6 months to do so but mine was almost 8 months. Situations like this get extended. I got every dollar back.
