I can't give legal advice. I am in Michigan and was leery. I rejected the offer of timeshare and bought In directly with the rci credit card. I got my first nonpayment notice today. I will write a letter explaining why I won't pay anymore. After that I will notify the credit reporting agencies as well. I will have lost $120 because it was 6 months ago. I can't dispute the charges. Stupid.
