You can check with your home resort to see if they have an in house rental program. I use my home resort to rent my Las Vegas timeshare. I just got a check for the full week rental. It covered my full maintenance fees for the year after their commission. Using an in house rental program is fool proof. There is no out side company or person to worry about. I've used them for years without on bit of trouble and have always rented my week.
