If I understand you correctly, there was an ad in Redweek at a certain resort for 2 weeks at $89 a night .... but you said you 'checked owner site' and it's $179 a night. The ad from Redweek is probably timeshare owner that owns 2 week at the resort you're referring to .... as an owner he can charge what he chooses to charge .... if you're speaking of the rack rate at the same resort (what the resort charges per night), that has nothing to do with what an owner may charge.
