Personally, I haven't or plan to deal with them. I've spoken with their rep a couple of times in moments of boredom, mostly to find out their m.o. He wasn't pushing me, which kept me on the line. He called both times from a number that matched the address he gave. I never answer numbers starting with Florida area codes or bogus numbers like (123)456-7890. These people claim to assume your deed free and clear... as long as your title is clear and fees are paid a year in advance for only the first year. That way they have a year to market Wyndham points in large quantities. They supposedly allow you to rent points back from them at a discount as a 'courtesy', but you're not obligated to anything once they take the deed. Or at least that's how I understood it... The debate on TUG has been whether a business model like that could actually work, or not. If they've discovered a way to put one over on Wyndham, more power to 'em. If they're just another scam, we should expose them as such.
