It's time to lower the price after you get zero replies to your ad, however since it's a July 4th week I'd wait closer to summer to lower it. Most people don't plan vacations in Jan that they're going to take in July. Remember that Orlando has the most timeshare resorts (per capita) that any other area in the entire world along with hundreds of other types of accommodations (ie: homes, hotels/motels, apartments etc), so you'll have plenty of competition. Whatever you do be reasonable in your asking price.
