Empire Property Management is another timeshare scam. According to LA County property records, the address of 845 Pine Ave in Long Beach does not exist. Their WEB address is new this year. They are trying to piggyback their phony business using someone else’s legitimate name, which by the way is in another city. Their offer to buy your timeshare is extremely excessive given today’s market. Don’t be fooled. Somewhere during the process, someone will want some money before you are scheduled to complete the process. Once they have your money, they will disappear, never to be found again. Most likely, they are not even in the United States.
