I'm afraid you're out of luck .... one thing you can do is file a complaint with the attorney general in the state Lakeview Properties is located .... google for contact info .... you can file your complaint online.

Rule of thumb .... never ever send any entity an upfront fee that's cold called you out of the blue saying they've sold your timeshare or are offering to buy your timeshare .... they're all scams.
