funny how this place is still running when all the employees of timeshare concepts have been let go... there have been no CS reps since december. the last people i spoke with there that was was a real southern sounding fellow named collin and a funny sounding guy named joseph. they were very helpful and informative at the time since then the owner/general manager ted kruger is the only one answering the phones... that being said, it isnt hard to tell that there arent anymore employees. i bet after this post is read, mr. kruger will have someone else answer that phone number to cover his rear end. i sure would hate to be the one that has to clean up that mess. we all know the owners of that company will have to deal with this MESS for yoars to come. weather its refunding people their money or loosing their business license. some people have even spent time in JAIL. there are currnetly ongoing cases against company owners in the state of florida. this advise helps.
