Michaelg896: Coco on its own does not rent out units. Some are timeshares, but there apparently are plenty available. Your problem is that you're terribly naive -- Phoenix is a scam, you've been taken, you've lost your money, and have a unit at Coco you probably would not have bought except for the promises made by the salesmen there and Phoenix.
