I requested a refund of the $498 PRL fee from Sunset Harbor and got a call from Tom Turner. Needless to say, we will be getting nothing, although we were offered time at Sunset Harbor without using our points.

One final thought: I wonder if it would not be of some benefit for all of us to share the names (and partial names) of all the scam artists along with their phone numbers--to be forwarded on to a federal investigative office. . As I hear it, BJ, Willie Rios, Robt. "Guy" Russell and their cohorts have run their scam in multiple states making it, I think, a federal interstate crime. I personally have 4 names with phone numbers. I have other names without ph nos. Some of you have the address of "Guy's" clinic in NV. Some agent with the right computer resources might be able to pull this info together and develop a case. Another thought is Sen. Elizabeth Warren's office in MA. She has a reputation for championing consumer causes. Maybe her staff would want to look at this-- esp. if there is evidence that BJ,et al came to her state.

P.S. A review of the last 10 pages of this blog shows that BJ and his associates have ventured into at least 10 states: TX, LA, NV, IN, IL, TN, GA, OH, WI & FL.
