John, you seem to be having a very hard time following all the posts here. If you don't pay your Maintenance Fees you are the only one it hurts. PRL is your problem not Sunset Harbor. What PRL did was wrong, what you want to do will not hurt Sunset Harbor. It's PRL, Robert Guy Russell, Nonna Russell & Brandon B.J. Cooke you need to go after.
