Quite the contrary. What I am is a customer that used their product, followed the instructions and after a year got money back from the State because I followed the instructions. Sure I could have found all the information myself and they even told that I could but I'm just lazy and would rather pay someone to do the research. What got me started posting here is the post that said she paid with no result because of errors. Wow...guess nobody is perfect but then I did not read where they returned the product. Apparently they believe they should use something for free because of mistakes. I believe in them because I had results and its that simple.
