TO boobier This is what I am having a hard time understanding . J & L Platium Marketing was at the same address as SHR. They had a lawsuit against them in 2010 from North Dakota. So some time after 11-4-2010 they changed to R & R Ventures. Las Vegas AG in my letter stated they could not find a pattern at that location and they also could not do anything because they do not have a division to handle these complaints. The letters I have gotten back from other AG have not sounded promissing either. Now, with all the activity that both these companies have had and the complaints on the BBB and this forum , I find it hard that they are still trying to put a case together. As long as these companies have be scamming people , being in the same type of business I beleive they all know each other . Now someone writes that they are going Bankrupt , I have not heard that from them yet. I would think there is enough evidence is out there and it has been for a long time with nothing being done and the same people still selling. Does this sound like the AG from the states are really trying to do something. I would think if the scammers knew that all these AG were putting a case together they would be getting out of town not going into towns and still selling. What is your take on this??
