Beware of Assured Property Sales, Investment Advantage both in San Jose CA, Hayes Financial in Knoxville TN and “Grupo Vidanta” in Houston Texas. They prey on Mayan owners especially Grand Luxxe to “guarantee” the purchase by a Mexican buyer from Soriana. All of the documents from these US companies and Mexican agencies, SHCP and SAT are bogus and fraudulent documents. The recommended recourse: file with Profeco who cannot do anything, file with state Attorney Generals who cannot do anything “outside of their area of legal jurisdiction”, file with the FBI/IC3 who will not act unless the loss is $300,000 to $1,000,000 . If there were enough victims to reach that amount of loss for the FBI to act you cannot know because the real Grupo Vidanta legal department in Mexico will not release the names of the other victims. Do not wire funds to Bancomer in Mexico if you cannot afford the loss.
