Who is " IVC" ? Sarah Rutten works in the Las Vegas office of: R&R Venture Group & PRL Point Rental Liquidators who has changed the name to EPS Excess Property Solutions. I have never heard of ( IVC ) These all owned by Robert Guy Russell & Nonna N. Russell.
