I firmly believe that Sunset Harbor Resorts IS IN ON THIS SCAM. They were listed on the credit card statement as the merchant, so they got the money. I personally spoke to the on-site manager, Debbie Berra, and she admitted that SHR pays the brokers (Hughes Dewailly & Patrick Thompson) commissions for selling SHR timeshares. How can they NOT be a part of this scam? Debbie is well aware of the complaints. I also spoke to someone in their legal department, so I know they are also well-aware of the complaints. But, they continue to use these brokers to "sell" their timeshares. And, guess where their headquarter's offices are located!!! Yep, 6132 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas!!!
