The problem for you is that state legislatures are catching on to your scam operation by forcing sellers to prove their buyers aren't viking ship operations like yours.

BTW, you say that you are responsible for paying all future maintenance fees and special assessments .... this is an outright lie .... you merely let the week go into foreclosure not paying the resort one red cent forcing other owners to take up the slack for you (deadbeat scammer) in higher maintenance fees.
