It's a scam. Anyone dumb enough to get involved with these scammers deserves to lose their money. They take your "upfront fee " and promise to get the timeshare out of your name. Then comes the maintenance fees for the next year and you find out that the property is still in your name and guess what.... the company never returns your calls and then they disappear only to change names and start the scam all over.
NEVER pay anyone money upfront to get rid of your timeshare !!
