This reservation view issue arose as a result of the owner not making their OV ownership reservation prior to 8 months to check. Westin reserves the right, but does not have to exercise the right to assign this owner unit to a lower level or garden view. It was not a bait and switch. It was a loophole in their reservation rules. Get your facts straight before you make slanderous accusations. We will pursue you legally until you have the accusation removed from this forum.
