It could be that posters posting Jan 1-Dec 31 own floating or flex weeks .... that is NOT false advertising .... also Redweek doesn't make up the ads ..... the poster (Redweek paid members do) .... Redweek has no control of what posters post in their ads .... that info would be between the reader and the poster of the ad.
