My thoughts are these kind of sales are not the norm at all. This kind of sale a last minute special "Example : Owner cannot go on their vacation(work/health problem) - they need to get rid of it at the last minute ... I saw one on Ebay just reciently exact same size unit (owner was trying everything).
Also the middle men/persons here are talking out of both sides of their mouth. My friend told me a "Owner" they were marketed by "middle men/persons" and they were told they could get top dollar for their unit and leave the hassle in their hands.
I will say it is misleading that the REDWEEK home page states: "Timeshare owners post their units for rent or sale to an audience of over 1.5 million registered users. No commission, no middlemen."
Unless "Preston Green or Americap International Corp" are doing this for free they are middle(persons).
