1) Being a middleman on a website that states: "Travelers come to RedWeek.com to rent or buy timeshare units directly from owners, often at tremendous savings compared with hotels or dealing with the resort itself. No middleman, and no tours. Ever(Ever is Bold) I feel that is disingenuous.
2) I have been hard sold vacation sites from U with.... Comments like "you need to act now or this site will be gone" to name a few … also it was $1200 more than I paid last year so I did not take it. I did get one from an owner at last years price.
3) I have never seeing prices like the ones you advertise. Oh yea maybe you might get one but it is only available with less than one week to plan (a real bate and switch) … NOT COOL
4) If your business model works we do not need a REDWEEK since we never be talking/writing "directly from owners"
I am sad that REDWEEK allows for middlemen.
I also hope REDWEEK is getting a higher membership rate from the Brokers/Agents which REDWEEK says “No middleman” are at least getting a higher membership rate comparable to the number of units the broker/agents have.
