I do have a problem with sites like this one and others like VRBO that state "RENT DIRECTLY FROM A OWNER".

They can do it ... but just make the buyer beware.
At least make the Brokers/agents state who they are.
I have complained to REDWEEK and many of the other sites such as (VRBO .... etc) but there must be a legal loophole that prohibits them from excluding them. They have hinted they may put a agent marker by their listing (to let the buyer beware) ... but nothing has happened and I do not think it will happen.
