Why is the a facilitator (broker, middleman, Agent) "NOT COOL" and Disingenuous"..........That is your subjective opinion only. It is not a "Truth". It seems that you are simply "anti business".
Think it through. Everything in your house, including your food, does not come directly from the manufacturer, but comes through a distributor.............are they "NOT COOL" and "Disingenuous"
None of our happy renters and owners in our transactions think it was "NOT COOL" and "Disingenuous". The traveler got a great deal on a vacation and the owner rented their unit. Happy Happy Happy....only you are unhappy with this distribution system.
2nd Example of your unfounded Negativity:

**Our contracts for Renters and Owners have our company name on them. They know they are dealing with a company. All of our postings including RedWeek have our toll Free Number in them, our user name is VacationHomesOnly, and all of our phones are answered "Vacation Homes Only".
Only a few have a problem with companies and the service they provide.
What every happened to being fair minded?
