Kevin..... the Federal Trade Commission just put together a special unit to go after timeshare scams. They are targeting in on companies that claim they have buyers and take upfront money from victims and then claim the buyer backed out of the deal and keep your money. They phone number for the FTC is 1-877-382-4357. You can google them and get their website. If you don't get your money refunded promply you can file a compliant and they will definitely go after them. Good luck.
