He has sent me a refund form stating that he had been unaware of my requests and only through this website did he contact me. I know I called and let lengthy messages to his extention a t least a dozen times and to the salesman who is no longer there. The form says I am forbidden to copy it but I will say It directs you to send it to the original address where the deposit was sent. He said I needed to do this according to section four of the contract but it does not say this in section 4 only to inform them in writing which I did multiple times.
Anyway I asked for the refund express mail the I had to sent it, so lets see what they do. Thank you again for replying kevin
