The problem is once a person realizes that he entered into a lifetime contract of forever increasing maintenance fees and assessments then he gets desperate to get out. Then comes along the scam companies to prey on his decission to dump his timeshare. Once you pay their huge upfront fee you will have many sleepless nights worrying wether you got ripped off or not only to find down the road that you still own the property and they want you to pay your maintenace fees for the next year.

Yes the scammers just disappeared with your money and you still own your timeshare. Somewhere down the road you get contacted by someone who claims they can get back the money you lost to the scammers. Guess what ? ..... it's the scammers again. They have you on the "sucker list " . They will continue to bleed you dry until you realize that you are a " victim " and they are preying on your vulnerability.

Don't fall for these scams by these rip off artists. There are sites like Redweek to advertise and licensed realty companies that you can use and sleep well at night knowing you aren't being victimized.
