Update from TN: After roughly 6 weeks I received word from the TN AG office that they have been unable to get a response back from PRL. Said that they'd keep trying and, in addition, will lump my complaint in with a multitude of others they received together about other timeshare "scams". Also said that they have forwarded my complaint on to the FTC to assure that PRL is receiving multi-level scrutiny. I advised them about the wealth of info on Redweek and the benefit they might gain by perusing the 50+ pages here.
